  • What is the difference between each package?
    VIP – VIP exclusive events, access to all events, free event shuttle bus, VIP Gift Bag and fast track wristband collection. Option to add hotel stay with airport transfer and daily breakfast. PLATINUM – Access to all standard events and free event shuttle bus. Option to add hotel stay with daily breakfast. GOLD – Access to our top 5 signature events and free event shuttle bus
  • How do I include hotel with my package?
    You can include hotel stay with any of our packages. Simply select ‘With Hotel’ payment option on the relevant booking page
  • Is airport transfer inclusive of my package?
    If you select our VIP package with hotel stay we include airport transfer. See our terms and conditions for any further details.
  • What services do you offer?
    We provide the service of allocating hotel and events for the duration of the trip.
  • Can we arrange flights?
    No. Flights are not included in any of our packages. We can however give basic advise regarding flights and visas should you require it.
  • Which methods of payment are accepted if I want to book?
    We accept all major debit and credit cards.
  • How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
    Once you have paid in full or made a deposit payment for our instalment plan you will receive an email confirmation via the email address provided on the booking form, this will include a confirmation reference. In July providing you have paid for your package in full and cleared any outstanding balance you will receive a detailed information pack. This includes the list of events taking place throughout the week in Dubai.
  • Can I book for 1 person or 3 people?
    Yes you can, an extra fee would apply for our hotel packages.
  • Can I add extra people to my party once I've paid my deposit?
    Yes you can, as long as it is completed before 1st July 2023.
  • Does my group have to pay their deposits at the same time or can we pay individually?
    If you are purchasing a package without hotel you can book individually. For all other packages please assign a head passenger to book everyone's place on their behalf. If this is not possible mention your room mates name (if applicable) on our booking form so we know who to accommodate you with.
  • How do I book for more than 10 passengers?
    Firstly make a booking for 10 guests, then once completed make a new seperate booking for the remaining guests.
  • Can I join this trip if I'm not from Europe, America or Canada?"
    Yes you can, everyone is welcome.
  • Can guests pay in instalments?
    Yes, there is an initial deposit payment starting from £47/ $60 depending on your chosen package. Thereafter a payment schedule spread between the time of booking and July must be adhered to. All payments must be made by 31st July. Our deposit option expires on 1st June, thereafter you will only be able to pay in full.
  • Can I pay in full immediately?
    Yes, you can make a saving by paying in full as compared to choosing our deposit scheme option. Simply select our pay in full option when booking.
  • Are payments refundable?
    - Deposit Scheme Option: All initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Up to 50% of additional payments thereafter are refundable until 1st July. From 2nd July all payments including your initial deposit will become non-refundable and non-transferable. - Pay in Full Option: Should you cancel within 2 working days we will refund your full amount less an admin fee of £175 / $225. Cancellation requested after 2 working days will result in a refund of only 50% providing we are informed on or before 1st July. Any refund requests after 1st July will be declined and the full amount paid must be forfeited.
  • What Happens if I miss my payment deadline on the instalment plan option?
    If you do not make your payment deadline, a late payment fee may apply to your package. Contact our team to restart making payments upon making any defaults. Continued defaults could result in your package being cancelled with no option for a refund.
  • When is the deadline to secure my place on trip?
    There is no deadline as such, however there’s limited spaces for this trip and prices can increase at any-time without notice. Therefore it is in your best interest to secure your place with us as soon as possible.
  • How do I pay my scheduled payment instalments?
    When making your initial booking you will be prompted to provide your banking details, which allows for us to retrieve an automatic payment for each scheduled payment deadline.
  • When is this event taking place and where?
    DDVIP will take place in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, from Thursday 19th September (check-in) until Thursday 26th September 2024 (check-out)
  • What is the official hotel for Destination Dubai?
    JW Marriott Marquis Dubai (5*) - Option inclusive of all our packages
  • What time is Check-in and Check-Out?
    Unless otherwise requested check-in is on Thursday 19th September from 14:00 hours and check-out is on Thursday 26th September by 11:00 hours. Should you wish to check-out at a later time this can be arranged with the hotel upon arrival at an additional cost.
  • Does the hotel serve alcohol?
  • What area do you advise I book my hotel if I purchase your package without hotel?
    Ideally select a hotel within the Business Bay or Al Barsha, Dubai area. Most of our events will be within a 10-15 min drive from this location.
  • What kind of events will be taking place during the week?
    Club nights, Pool Party, Beach Party, Yacht Cruise, Desert Safari, Gala Dinner, Theme Parties + Much More.
  • When do we get the Full Itinerary?
    The Full Itinerary will be sent to you at least 24 hours before departure via email with event locations & meeting points etc.
  • What is your absolute best Package?
    Named our VIP Package it supplies a combination of events and entertainment over a 7 day itinerary. You also have the option to add 5 star accommodation. You also receive a number of exclusive perks too.   • Can I purchase just the Events Wristband only Package?
    You can purchase our VIP, Platinum and Gold packages without hotel from £450 / $570*** per person. Prices are subject to change.
  • How much is the Hotel & Events Platinum Package?
    The Hotel & Events Platinum package prices start from £2200 / $2795*** for 7 nights depending on how many people sharing. The price includes entry to all standard events, 5* hotel, breakfast, and event shuttle bus. Prices are subject to change.
  • How much is the Hotel & Events VIP Package?
    The Hotel & Events VIP package prices start from £2550 / $3240*** for 7 nights depending on how many people sharing. The price includes VIP exclusive perks, airport transfer, full access to all events, 5* hotel, breakfast, and event shuttle bus. Prices are subject to change.
  • Would I be able to purchase alcohol at the events?
  • Can you ensure my room has a balcony and is next door to my friends?
    Our rooms are allocated at random so unfortunately we cannot promise that your rooms will be next to each other. With that said the hotel is a very intimate space so you will be footsteps away from anyone else you know that has booked. There are telephones in each room so you can easily communicate with each other too. No rooms at JW Marriott Marquis have balcony access due to health and safety.
  • How much is it for single or triple occupancy?
    For JW Marriot Marquis (VIP & Platinum Package) - The additional fee for single occupancy is £490 / $625. We do not accomodate for triple occupancy.
  • Do you provide airport transfers?
    We offer this service on our VIP Package booked with hotel only. Should you decide to make your own way to our official hotel there are train and taxi services on standby at the airport at an affordable price. The current official hotel is 25 mins drive from the airport.
  • Do you provide food and drink?
    Our VIP, Platinum and Gold packages booked with hotel stay include breakfast. VIP and Platinum packages include unlimited food and drink for a limited period of time at selected events only. You would need to arrange your own food and drink during the rest of the day.
  • Do I require a passport to travel?
    Yes you do. We advise that you contact a reputable local travel agents or airline in regards to all travelling documents required to enter the United Arab Emirates. A visa may also be required depending on you nationality and country of depature.
  • Can I stay for less than 7 nights?
    Yes, however you will be unable to book hotel stay with us. We suggest making your own hotel arrangements and booking our events via our single tickets option. This allows you to pay per event for the duration you will be with us.
  • Is there an age limit?
    Yes All guests must be 21+.
  • I can no longer attend but my friend wants to take my place what happens now?
    If you cannot attend your booking we can change over booking details if you have someone who is interested in taking your place, a small fee may be applied. This however will only apply up until the 1st July 2023 thereafter the package will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Is travel insurance included in any of the packages?
    No. Although not essential we encourage guests to purchase travel insurance. We advise guests to check with their bank as some accounts include travel insurance.
  • Are there any hidden costs?
    VIP and Platinum packages grant you access into one Yacht Cruise event only. Some events that are not included in your package can be purchased on a single ticket basis at an extra cost from 1st June. Some venue locations may include extra activities such as quad biking, jet skis and fly boarding. If you would like to participate in any of these activities you will be charged. If you book a package with hotel stay the hotel charges a tourism fee of 20 AED per day (approx $5.50 per day). This amount is collected directly by the hotel upon arrival. We charge a booking fee of 10% for all bookings on our website. Selected events include food and drink (see itinerary). The events where food and drink is not included you will be responsible for purchasing your own if desired. There are no other hidden costs.
