& PRICES.
You have the option to either pay in full or select our payment plan option which allows you to spread your payments over a period of time (available until 1st July).
Our payment plan (deposit option) requires an initial deposit payment from £150 / $200 + Booking fee. The deposit amounts per package are as follows:
Ultra Package - $200 / £150*** + 10% BF
VIP Package - $200 / £150*** + 10% BF
Essentials Package - $200 / £150*** + 10% BF
Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email from our designated ticketing platform. Should you choose our payment plan option then your subsequent payments will require manual payments towards your account on the scheduled payment dates.
You have the option to include hotel stay with any of our packages.
Our Hotel package prices are based on
check-in on Fri Sept 18th and check-out Weds Sept 23rd 2026. You have the option of booking a Junior or Premiere Suite (suitable for single occupancy or couples) or a standard Scene Room (Suitable for 2 Guests Sharing or single occupancy).

Payment Plan Option Refund
All initial deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 50% of additional payments made are refundable on or before 1st July 2026, thereafter any payments will be forfeited. Additional payments are also non-transferable.
Full Payment Refund
Should you cancel within 3 working days of your purchase date we will refund your full amount less an admin fee of £150 / $200***. Cancellation requested after 3 working days will result in a refund of only 50% providing we are informed on or before 1st July. Any refund requests after 1st July will be declined and the full amount paid must be forfeited. Your initial deposit is non-refundable after 3 working days upon purchase.
