You have the option to either pay in full or select our payment plan option which allows you to spread your payments over a period of time (available until 1st July).
Our payment plan (deposit option) requires an initial deposit payment from £150 / $195 + Booking fee. The deposit amounts per package are as follows:
Ultra Package - £250 / $310***
VIP Package - £250 / $310***
Essentials Package - £150 / $195
Once payment is made you will receive a confirmation email from our designated ticketing platform. Should you choose our payment plan option then your subsequent payments will require manual payments towards your accoun on the scheduled payment dates.
You have the option to include hotel stay with any of our packages.
Our Hotel package prices are based on
2 people sharing, complete with 2 separate beds or single occupancy at an additional fee. Packages are priced per person i.e. if you and a guest book together you must each purchase the same package.

Payment Plan Option Refund
All initial deposit payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. 50% of additional payments made are refundable on or before 1st July 2025, thereafter any payments will be forfeited. Additional payments are also non-transferable.
Full Payment Refund
Should you cancel within 2 working days we will refund your full amount less an admin fee of £150 / $195***. Cancellation requested after 2 working days will result in a refund of only 50% providing we are informed on or before 1st July. Any refund requests after 1st July will be declined and the full amount paid must be forfeited. Your initial deposit is non-refundable after 2 working days upon purchase.
